Below you will see what we can do for you no matter what stage you need a hand with. From our insanely talented vendor list, obsession with all the tiny details and our unparalleled commitment to our clients we can offer you everything you need to create the wedding of your dreams.

Katie Rebecca Events is located in the San Francisco Bay area and covers the entire bay area, Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County. We happily travel to any event in the US and love international affairs (our own wedding was destination and oh what fun it was). Yippie, road trip!

Month of Coordination-
You did it…..you planned. You crafted. You have glitter and glue permanently embedded in your fingernails and somehow on the pet too. You brought this day to life and managed it all…and you don’t want to go anywhere near a craft store for the next month. Kudus to YOU! Here is a glass of champagne and a trip to the spa, you totally deserve it. While your there we will be getting on a first name basis with your vendors, pouring over all of your perfectly planned details and -don’t panic- making that one last glitter place card you forgot and any other last second details that come up. And you? You just enjoy that spa and all the fun that comes with the final days before your wedding day. We got this.

Just a pinch of design+ planning-
For the couple who have a very limited time frame or for those that have already done most of the planning themselves and just need help getting to the finish line we offer partial planning. We will start working with you right away and get to know all the ins and outs of your vision, budget, vendors and plan (this is the perfect time to let us know about those last second Pinterest pins you just have to include). From there we will create a day of timeline and make sure that all details are perfected and you have everything you dreamed of and more. Last stop, the wedding day!

A to Z design + planning -
From chocolates flown in from the Swiss Alps to an elephant for the ceremony, no request is too extreme. Whatever your vision is it’s our priority to make sure we not only achieve it, we exceed it. Over coffee or bubbly we will learn all about your love story, your favorite things about each other and most importantly how you both envision the day you say I do. From there we will plan your budget, create creative color schemes and personal decor details, build flower concepts and all the other tiny details that come along that make your day pop and tell your story. We are crafters through and through so handmade details are our speciality so whatever your perfect day is, wherever your perfect moment takes you we will take care of every last detail. Your gorgeous selves just have to be there to say those magic words, I do.
